Addiction Recovery Program (ARP) - Vancouver Coastal and Fraser Region
Provides transitional independent housing to individuals ages 19 and up who are in recovery from problematic substance use. Individuals must have demonstrated a commitment to recovery, been abstinent for a period of at least three months at time of referral/application and maintain abstinence prior to placement into program, have skills and abilities to live independently with minimal supports, and reside in Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) or Fraser Health regions. Accepts individuals on opioid agonist therapy (OAT). Duration of program is 18 months. In the Vancouver area, apply through VCH Access Central or contact the ARP Coordinator to discuss suitability for the program. In the Fraser Valley area, apply through the Fraser Health Crisis Line or contact staff at a recovery house, treatment centre, or Fraser Health outpatient substance use counsellor. Offered in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health.
