Adolescent Health Program

Specialized pediatric clinic that serves youth ages 12 to 18 with complex health issues during the transition to adulthood. Takes a whole-person approach to care. Also offers Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Adolescence (MARS-A) outpatient training program to cope with psychological distress and chronic stress. On-Trac offers materials that support youth-focused care and transition planning for youth moving from pediatric to adult care. Referrals accepted from pediatricians, pediatric nurse practitioners, and pediatric psychiatrists. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
