Adult Tertiary Mental Health Rehabilitation

Provides inpatient rehabilitation services for adults with diagnoses of severe and persistent mental illness who require a high-level of interdisciplinary professional support. Individualized treatment employs psychosocial rehabilitation approaches using a combination of wellness and recovery-based rehabilitation services with the goal of preparing individuals to rejoin the community. Average length of stay is six to 24 months. Referral required through Pathways or local Island Health mental health services. Serves the Sunshine Coast.
