Affordable Child Care Benefit

Handles inquiries and registration for the Affordable Child Care Benefit program, a monthly payment that helps families in BC to meet the costs of child care. Households earning must be less than $111,000. Must be a resident of BC to apply. Further eligibility requirements are must be either a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, convention refugee or person in need of protection. Benefit amounts are determined by factors like family size, type of child care and income. Application is available online. Child Care Service Centre office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
