AMS Safewalk

Service Description
Free transportation service for students, staff, faculty, and visitors to UBC. Two-person, co-ed walking and driving teams accompany individuals between any two locations on campus to ensure safety. Operates anywhere on UBC Endowment Lands (bordered by Blanca Street to the east). Individuals can call, or use a campus blue phone and ask campus security to contact Safewalk, or drop by the office. Hours are 8 pm to 2 am nightly and 9 pm to 2 am nightly in the summer. When Safewalk is not operating, contact either campus security (604-822-2222), non-emergency RCMP (604-224-1322), or emergency (911).
