Angel's Cradle

Provides a safe place for a mother to leave her newborn baby if she feels that she cannot properly care for it. Cradle is located inside the hospital and is accessible from the emergency department, with an angel sign indicating the cradle's location. Hospital staff, security, or police will not approach, and the mother can remain anonymous, even if she seeks care for herself at the emergency department. Medical information left about the baby helps with the infant's care and will not be used to find the mother.
