Ann Davis Transition House

Provides temporary safe shelter and support for 15 adult women (cisgender and transgender) with or without children who are victims of domestic violence; accepts male children on a case-by-case basis. The house is staffed 24 hours a day, is pet-friendly, and works on a communal living model. Support services include referrals to income assistance, legal advocacy, housing information, counselling services, victim services, and other community services to support clients in reaching their goals. Not wheelchair accessible, but accessible by walker or cane. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by BC Housing.
