Ann Davis Women's Centre

Provides temporary safe shelter and support for 22 adult women (cisgender and transgender) who are at risk of violence or victims of violence. The house is staffed 24 hours a day, is pet-friendly, and works on a communal living model. Support services include referrals to income assistance, legal advocacy, housing information, counselling services, victim services, and other community services to support clients in reaching their goals. Wheelchair accessible; has two beds for women with mobility challenges. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by BC Housing.
