Ann Elmore House

Offers a safe shelter for women (cisgender and transgender) and non-binary and Two-Spirit people, with or without children, who are leaving violent relationships or are at-risk of abuse, threats, or violence; accepts children up to age 19. Offers four substance use recovery beds; a referral is required and recovery is overseen by the referring agency. Provides information, support, counselling, and referrals. Two rooms can accommodate pets. One room is wheelchair accessible. Personal ID is not required. Offers a 24-hour helpline. Funded by BC Housing.
