Service Description

Provides trauma-informed support and access to housing for individuals in the community who have experienced homeless and, in many cases, trauma, mental health, and substance use challenges. Services include health and support services to help participants stay housed, and life skills training. Intake is by referral through the Vancouver Coastal Health Central Access and Discharge Team (CAD). Serves Richmond and Vancouver.
