Service Description

Offers assisted living housing units for seniors and people with disabilities who require support, but do not need 24-hour institutional care. Offers a middle option to bridge the gap between home care and residential care. Clients pay 70 percent of their after-tax income for rent and services, which include meals, housekeeping, laundry, recreational opportunities, personal care, grooming, medication management, and 24-hour response. Applicants must contact their local health authority for assessment and referral. Service is in English; callers who require interpretation must make arrangements in advance.
