Assisted Living Residences - Surrey

Freedom Place provides semi-independent housing for adults ages 19 to 55 with physical disabilities who require assistance with day-to-day activities such as medications, transfers, personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, and access to recreational activities. Housing is intended for people who are able to make the range of decisions that allow them to live safely in a supportive, semi-independent environment. Staffed 24 hours a day. Apply through the local Home Health office, Fraser Health. Residential program registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Funded as part of the Province of BC's Independent Living BC Program (ILBC).
