Service Description
Connects children in Grades 6 and 7 with mentors from local high schools. Focuses on facilitating a more successful transition to high school through activities such as group outings and homework clubs. Serves Stoney Creek, Edmonds, Gilmore, and Cascade Heights elementary schools in Burnaby.
