Ayas Men Men Child and Family Services - Wellness Team

Offers a range of wellness, support, and therapeutic services, including traditional and cultural wellness supports. Services include child and youth therapy (art, expressive, land-based), family therapy, therapeutic support groups, and community events that promote wellness and healing. Culture is Healing is a cultural wellness program for youth and young adults age 14 and older to learn about traditional Squamish ways of taking care of your spirit, mind, emotions, and body through language, legends, drumming, singing, traditional medicines, ceremony, and teachings from Elders and cultural leaders. Also offers intensive family support, which includes parent coaching; education around healthy relationships and boundaries; support with housing, food security, budgeting, and medical needs; and connection to community and cultural supports.
