Baby and Me

A free weekly educational support group for mothers of infants up to six months of age, who are experiencing emotional, social, financial, and/or health challenges. Class topics include child development, mother's mental health, car seat safety, feeding baby, financial planning, and more. A dietitian and outreach worker provide one-to-one support and community referrals. Also provides coupons, vitamins, and bus tickets. Child care is provided onsite for children ages 18 months to 5 years. Registration is required; call or email for information. Serves Burnaby and New Westminster.
