Baby's Best Chance

Provides support to pregnant women and teens who are experiencing high-risk pregnancies. Program includes nutritional and health counselling, referrals to other community services, peer support, biweekly lunches, drop-ins, classes, and social activities. Provides follow-up support for six months after delivery. Serves Mission. Funded by Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as a Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP), and by Fraser Health.
