BACI's Employment Services and Training (BEST)

Focuses on empowering adults with developmental disabilities to find jobs and make meaningful contributions to the communities in which they live. The program emphasizes meeting employers' business needs through solutions such as job matching pre-screened candidates to employers' needs. Offers on-site coaching which provides one-to-one support to the new employee at no cost to the employer. Candidates must be 19 years or older and be transit dependent. Referral required through Community Living BC.
