Provides comprehensive oral health care, including surgery and emergency services, to children under 4 years of age with severe dental decay, and children and adolescents under 17 years of age with a significantly compromising medical condition, or a medically diagnosed behavior management issue, such as autism or severe developmental delay. Medical eligibility criteria apply. Referral from a physician, nurse practitioner or dentist required. Services are by appointment. Hours are 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
