BC Employment and Assistance (BCEA) Extra Assistance - School Start-up Supplement

Provides BCEA recipients with a supplement to assist with extra costs associated with a dependent child's schooling. Generally included in a family's July payment for the August benefit month to help cover expenses for a child that is under 19 years of age and entering or returning to school in September. Phone service is available from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
