BC Family Unbundling Roster

Service Description
Online list of family lawyers and paralegals who are willing to provide unbundled family law services. Clients can choose which tasks they want help with and which tasks they want to handle on their own. This arrangement usually costs less than full-scope legal representation. Mediate BC also advocates for greater access to unbundled family law services. Offered with support from Access to Justice BC and Mediate BC.
