Service Description

Protects and manages provincial parks, recreation areas, and ecological reserves. Persons with disabilities may be eligible to camp for free at road-accessible provincial parks; eligibility criteria on website. BC Parks Discover Camping Campground Reservation Service (www.discovercamping.ca) is a province-wide service for making reservations at most provincial campgrounds and Pacific Rim National Park; bookings may be made up to three months in advance and at least two days prior to the date of arrival. There is a non-refundable reservation service fee, in addition to the regular campsite fee. An additional fee is applied if reservation is done by phone; this fee does not apply to online reservations. Reservations can be made by phone daily from 7 am to 7 pm. Office hours are 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
