Bear Creek

A mental health assisted living program for five adults ages 19 to 65. Psychosocial supports aim to help residents learn about and better manage their mental health condition, develop life skills, and enhance communication and interpersonal skills. Residents must not require 24-hour supervision and not post a threat to the health and safety of others. Referrals are through Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Services (604-953-4900).
