Campbell River Women's Resource Centre

Promotes equality and respect for all people in the community, through education, support, communication, and empowerment of women in a safe and unique environment. The drop-in-centre offers a variety of services such as supportive counselling for those in crisis, referrals to community resources, tax preparation for low-income women, and light meals. Individuals have the use of a lending library, directory of community resources, shower facilities, computers, fax, phone, and client mail services. A free store is available for those in need of women's clothing, shoes, feminine hygiene products, and bedding. Hours are 10 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.
