Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Transition Centre - Esquimalt

Provides assistance to members of the Canadian Armed Forces (Regular and Reserve), veterans, and their families. Services include return to duty coordination, transition to civilian life planning, casualty tracking, advocacy and outreach, leadership and supervision, and support for families. Also offers Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) services, including transition interviews and case management, and assistance completing and submitting forms for services and benefits. VAC services can also be accessed through any Service Canada location. Offered in partnership with Department of National Defence (DND).
