Service Description
Promotes the effective use of the intellectual property system in order to encourage innovation, invention, and creativity. Responsible for identifying, granting, registering, and managing intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and integrated circuit topographies. Client Service Centre hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern time Monday to Friday.
