Car 67 Mobile Service

Service Description

A mobile crisis response unit (composed of a police officer and a nurse) which responds to individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis. A police officer must attend first before referring to Car 67. Utilized by health care professionals and police officers who refer to the team to provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and referrals to mental health and/or victim services. Serves residents of Surrey and Semiahmoo. Service is provided in English; other languages may be available depending on staffing. Interpretation services are available for free. Partnership program between Fraser Health and Surrey RCMP. Hours are 1 pm to 1 am, seven days a week.
