Caring Neighbours - Community Programs

Provides a broad range of community-based prevention services in various locations in New Westminster, Richmond, and Vancouver. Parent Education Programs teach parenting and life skills in group settings and are offered in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Community Cooking Programs are offered in Richmond and New Westminster and are open to all. Community Connections Programs offered in New Westminster (single mothers support groups, English conversation circles, and literacy skills training) and Richmond (mentorship for immigrant parents of young children). Child-minding, transportation, and snacks may be available. Registration is required. Call for times and locations.
