Cedar Walk Program

Service Description

An alternative education program for Indigenous youth ages 16 to 19 whose needs are not being met in traditional school programs. The program runs full time, five days a week, with half the students attending school in the morning, half in the afternoon; provides a safe, respectful, and culturally relevant space. Recognizes and respects each student's unique strengths, goals, interests, needs, and history. Works with students to identify their goals and create an Individual Education Plan. Referral through the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
