Central Addiction Intake Team (CAIT) - Youth Team

Central intake team provides access to supported transitional housing and treatment at Directions Youth Haven, Peak House, and Vancouver Youth Support Recovery Program (Sequoia House and Alder House) for youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 with substance use issues. Also performs intake for Directions Youth Detox and VCH concurrent disorders counsellors. Referral forms must be completed by a community counsellor or health care professional in collaboration with the client. Hours are 10 am to 8 pm Saturday to Thursday, and 10 am to 5 pm Friday.
