Central City Lodge

Provides 24-hour personal care assistance and nursing support in a residential setting to adults whose complex health care needs mean they can no longer live safely or independently at home or in assisted living facilities. Services include nursing and personal care, medication administration, meals, laundry service, and social and recreational activities. Referral required from a Home Health office following a health care needs assessment; do not contact the facility directly. Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH).
