Child and Youth Legal Centre

Committed to improving the well-being of children and youth in BC through the advancement of their legal rights. Provides a range of free services for children and youth ages 19 and under including legal advice through to full legal representation at court. May provide service for those over 19 in specific circumstances. Provides services in a number of areas including child protection, family law, human rights, and other child and youth legal matters. Does not provide legal assistance in financial matters or youth criminal justice matters. May also provide referrals to other agencies. Services are available for young people located anywhere in BC. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
