Child and Youth Mental Health - Vancouver (East Hastings Street)

Provides community-based mental health services to families with children and youth up to age 18 experiencing serious mental health difficulties or social, emotional, or behavioural disturbances. Services include comprehensive assessment and treatment of severe anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and other psychiatric issues. Provides consultation to referring agencies, liaison with schools and community agencies, and education, training, and support for families of children and youth. Referral accepted from self or other. Services also offered in Cantonese and Mandarin, including consultations with mental health professionals, community groups, and schools that work with children and youth who speak Cantonese and Mandarin. For other languages, interpretation services are available. Office hours are 9 am to 8 pm Mondays and 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Friday. Intake hours are 9 am to 5 pm Mondays and Tuesdays.
