Child and Youth Primary Care Clinic

Service Description

Nurse practitioners provide comprehensive health care for children and youth up to age 19; children and youth without a family physician; children and youth who have been using a walk-in clinic for the past six months; and youth requiring health education, screening, and/or harm reduction. Services include health screening and tests, disease surveillance, diagnosis and management of common illnesses or injuries, medication prescriptions, and health promotion. No physician referral required; referral form is available online and must be faxed to the office. Not a walk-in clinic; appointments are required. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
