Funds intervention and family support services for children and youth with support needs and their families. Aims to promote child development, maximize quality of life, assist families in their role as primary caregivers, and support community inclusion. Services include early childhood intervention, hearing and vision loss services, rehabilitation therapies, autism intervention, and programs for children with severe disabilities or complex health needs. Plans and coordinates services with health authorities, school districts, and community agencies throughout BC. Services are accessed through local MCFD offices.
