Service Description
Provides family-centred care to infants, children, and youth with congenital and acquired heart disease. Also provides information and referral to families and health care professionals regarding heart conditions in infants, children, and youth. Referral required from a family doctor or pediatrician. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
