Service Description
Provides assessments focusing on pain management using multiple strategies; program is tailored to individuals ages 17 and over who are unresponsive to conventional treatments. A referral is required from a primary care provider or specialist. Wheelchair accessible. Hours are 8 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
