CIBC Centre for Patients and Families

Provides information and referral to help patients and their families make informed choices about their health, before, during, and after their hospital stay. Provides access to reliable consumer health information and resources, as well as assistance with navigating the health care system and accessing community resources. Offers access to computer terminals for email and research, telephones, a copier, and fax. Also offers a private media room for viewing patient education videos or meeting with health team members. Volunteers and staff are available to provide personal assistance in locating information. Hours are 10 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5 pm Monday to Wednesday, 11 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 6 pm Thursdays, and 10 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5 pm Fridays.
