Circles of Care and Connection (CCC) Early Years Refugee Program

Provides outreach services to support refugee families with children up to six years of age. Services include information and education on parenting and early childhood development, referrals and advocacy, and support in accessing early childhood education and elementary school resources. Also provides onsite services including drop-in programs, an orientation to Canada program, and parent education and workshops. Drop-in hours are 9:30 am to 11:30 and 1 pm to 3 pm on Monday to Wednesday. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
