Service Description

Counsellors provide individual counselling to Indigenous youth ages 13 to 24, helping them recognize and positively deal with issues affecting mental well-being. Support from counsellors is non-judgemental and culturally relevant, and can help youth with stress, decision-making, as well as issues such as drugs, alcohol, relationships, family, friends, gender identity, and sexuality.
