Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau (CAAB)

Provides settlement officers, expedited arbitrators, and mediators to resolve grievances between employers and trade unions during the term of a collective agreement. Also trains and educates arbitrators and settlement officers, researches and publishes information concerning arbitrations and settlements, and establishes and maintains a register of arbitrators. Hours for filing any applications or documents are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
