Community Action Program for Children (CAPC)

Provides parents and caregivers in Delta and Richmond with opportunities to share information, socialize, and learn more about parenting, problem-solving, and personal development. Services include ongoing weekly support groups for parents of children from birth to six years of age. No referral needed and no cost to clients. Program is offered in partnership with Boys and Girls Club Community Services of Delta/Richmond. Receives funding from Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
