Community and Family Services - Nelson

Gives hope and support to vulnerable individuals and families through the provision of social services and practical assistance focusing on the basic necessities of life. Helps meet the immediate and short-term needs of people in distress through emergency assistance with food, as well as lay counselling and emergency disaster services. Provides a hot meal from 10 am to 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Offers access to shower facilities. Serves Nelson. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
