Service Description
Provides a low-barrier service for HIV-positive individuals, offering information, support, care coordination, referrals, liaison, and advocacy to address health needs. Supports HIV-positive clients to access health services, housing resources, food security, income security, disability benefits, legal assistance, and psychosocial supports.
