Community Housing and Inclusion Program

Provides communal, purpose-built, and wheelchair accessible four-bedroom homes, as well as apartment units for adults and children with disabilities throughout the North Shore. Support varies according to need and may include community access, household support, and personal care (up to and including health care needs with 24-hour staffing requirements). Referral required from Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), Community Living BC (CLBC), or Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Serves North Vancouver and West Vancouver, as well as Bowen Island and Lions Bay. Office hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
