Community Voice Mail (CVM)

Offers free voice mail to people who are homeless and or phoneless in crisis and transition, so that they can achieve identified goals. Phone numbers are distributed by partner agencies in Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Vancouver, and West Vancouver who work with clients in the areas of housing, employment, health, and social services. As well as voice mail, CVM features instant reply, and broadcast messages about job fairs, job opportunities, health screenings, and shelter and homelessness services. Service providers can monitor client usage patterns, and reset the phone number for new clients as needed.
