Service Description

Offers a phone line and email inbox during the COVID-19 pandemic for members of the public to report concerns about compliance with public health orders. Individuals may report concerns about physical distancing related to a business or a city open space within New Westminster. Staff can answer questions, make referrals, and take action on concerns. All messages will be passed on to the appropriate departments or, if necessary, forwarded to another government agency for action. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
