Eligible customers are recipients of BC Person with Disabilities (PWD), BC Employment and Assistance Program (BCEA), Guaranteed Income Support (GIS), or Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP); as well as those who are tenants of rent geared to income housing, youth aging out of foster care, and selected participants of Connecting Families Program.
