Service Description
10-bed facility provides compassionate end-of-life care to any individual, so they can live their last days with dignity and in comfort. Located in Burrard View Park, and priority given to East Vancouver residents. Accessible to people with disabilities. Referral from health-care professional or by calling palliative care line. Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health.
