Provides individual and family counselling to all age groups, addressing issues such as personal growth, relationships, parenting, and family violence. Youth services feature counselling, school-based skill development groups, and a multicultural program for at-risk youth. Sliding scale fees are charged for counselling; no fee for clients referred by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Also runs educational workshops about well-being, parenting, stress, and social skills. All services are offered in English and Mandarin. Service at the Burnaby office is offered one day a week.
