Creekside Landing

Offers multiple levels of care to seniors, with assisted living and supportive housing suites on the upper level, and residential care on the main level. Provides 24 units of subsidized semi-independent housing for seniors who require assistance with day-to-day activities such as medications, bathing, or life skills; also offers 14 private pay beds. These units are intended for people who are able to make the range of decisions that allow them to life safely in a supportive, semi-independent environment. Staffed 24 hours a day. Referral required from the local Home Health Office following a health care needs assessment; do not contact the facility directly. Residential program is registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Also provides subsidized residential care and a safe home for 70 seniors with dementia, major physical challenges, or other health issues that require 24-hour nursing care. Funded by Interior Health.
